I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were big, clean, and cool, and I loved the flexibility to check in a little early and check out late. The staff were so friendly, offered tours to nearby attractions, and were delightful to work with. Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, allowing easy access to the Santa Cruz Marina area and being very convenient for the beach, harbor, and shops in Santa Cruz. However, the rooms were a bit dated in decor, and the service was a mix of really grumpy and some friendly, helpful staff albeit with limited English speaking abilities.
